Admix Plant Operator - Immediate Start

- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm - $39.68 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join a busy production team. We are looking for people who can work well within a team while also taking initiative and managing their own tasks independently.

About You

- Team player with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Solid attention to detail, especially with weights, measurements, and labelling
- Safety focused with a proactive attitude

Key Responsibilities

Plant Operations

Operate admix plant machinery to mix and process materials in line with batch recipes and production schedules (full training provided).

Material Handling

Operate Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts safely to move raw materials, load hoppers,



and store finished goods.

Quality Control

Monitor product consistency and complete basic quality checks to ensure all batches meet specifications.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all WHS procedures and report hazards, incidents, or near misses to the Team Leader or Site Manager.

Skills & Requirements

- Current and valid LF Forklift Licence essential
- Proven experience operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Hands-on attitude with basic troubleshooting ability
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks throughout shift
