Jym Group (Anytime Fitness) in Sydney is seeking an HR & People and Culture Administrator for a part-time role (25 hours across 5 days). Hybrid work with time in our clubs, offering $40–$45 per hour plus super and access to fitness advantages.
You’ll own people operations across multiple NSW clubs, handle onboarding, payroll liaison, awards compliance and performance processes, and partner with regional managers to support a growing franchise across 20 clubs.
