Parkville Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (PYMHWS) is Victoria's newest public mental health service focused on youth aged 12-25. We are growing and seeking a values-driven Manager Bank and Casual Workforce Team to lead central workforce operations across multiple sites in Victoria.

The role reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and focuses on protected, timely care through strategic recruitment, onboarding and governance of bank staff. Hybrid work options are available where possible.
