About the Role

- Build positive and respectful relationships with children and families.
- Support the implementation of engaging, play-based learning experiences.
- Work collaboratively with experienced educators and leaders.
- Help create a protected, inclusive and nurturing environment.
- Contribute to children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.

About You





- Holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Has a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Is reliable, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a QueenslandPaidBlue Card.
- Is committed to child safety and continuous professional development.
