Plena Healthcare is expanding its mobile dietetics team in Queensland, delivering high-quality nutrition care to adults in Residential Aged Care facilities and the broader community. You will travel between sites, providing person-centred care and support to clients.

You will work with Plena teammates to improve nutrition systems, deliver education, complete meal and menu assessments, and contribute to continuous improvement while recording explicit clinical documentation.
