Chadstone is seeking a Food Concierge Representative to join our Market Pavilion team! This unique role combines your love of food with premium customer service, helping customers discover seasonal produce, explore food offerings and enjoy a personalised shopping experience.

Role purpose

Chadstone is seeking a Food Concierge Representative to join our Market Pavilion team! This unique role combines your love of food with premium customer service, helping customers discover seasonal produce, explore food offerings and enjoy a personalised shopping experience.

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and share your passion for food.

- Provide food recommendations and stay up to date with seasonal offerings and food trends.

- Coordinate the protected storage and collection of customers' fresh food purchases.

- Manage customer enquiries, feedback and transactions.





- Support the day-to-day operations of the Market Pavilion, including activations and the test kitchen.

- Collaborate with the wider Chadstone team to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What We're Looking For

- A genuine passion for food, cooking and seasonal produce.

- Experience in hospitality, retail or a fast-paced customer service environment.

- Strong communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with POS systems and cash handling.

- A proactive, team-oriented approach and a commitment to food safety.
