Accord Care in Brisbane, QLD is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers for a role supporting an individual with complex mental health needs, including schizophrenia. The position involves assisting with daily living, mobility and community access, with shifts from morning through to an attached afternoon/sleepover roster.
You’ll work closely with the participant and the broader team, following PBSP guidelines and ensuring safety and respectful, person-centred care at all times.
