West Gippsland Healthcare Group is seeking a Theatre & Day Surgery Leader (Nurse Manager) to oversee our perioperative services. This role offers versatile start/finish times, job share options, and a 10-hour day/4-day week by negotiation.

You will provide operational and clinical leadership across Operating Theatre, Day Surgery, Anaesthetics and PACU, working with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
