Berry Street is seeking a passionate Case Manager to join the South Eastern Case Management Services in Noble Park. You will provide intensive case management, advocacy and outreach support to vulnerable children and young people aged 12–18, helping them achieve safety, stability and positive life outcomes.
You will work with families, carers and Child Protection, requiring a Bachelor level qualification in Community Services, Education, Social Work or similar, plus experience in case management
