HammondCare Home Care is seeking a Home Care Worker to join our team on a casual/relief basis with potential to become permanent part time. You will travel to clients’ homes in the Ballina region, including Lennox Head, Brunswick Heads, Byron Bay, Ocean Shores, Mullumbimby and Ballina to Lismore.

In this role you'll provide essential personal care, help around the home, transport to appointments and assist with medications, using your own car.
