RecruitShop is seeking a General Manager to launch and lead a current interstate branch for a growing HVAC and electrical business based in Adelaide. You will build the local customer base, recruit subcontractors and run day-to-day operations from home, with support from the Managing Director.
You will manage budgets, pricing, and branch revenue, while traveling to sites as needed and establishing a scalable model for future expansion across states.
