Summary:

Hospital Products Australia (HPA) is seeking an experienced, hands-on Dynamics 365 Implementation & AI Lead to deliver our business systems transformation in-house.

You will take ownership of the implementation, work directly with our teams to guide the transition, and remain responsible for ongoing system management and improvement after go-live. You will also develop AI agents and automated workflows that improve productivity and grow the capability of our people. This role carries responsibility from initial planning and configuration through migration, testing, go-live and ongoing management.

The initial ERP rollout is expected to take 12–18 months within a two-year, fixed term contract with opportunity for extension based full time at HPA’s Bella Vista office in Sydney’s Hills District.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage the implementation plan, scope, budget, schedule and milestones.
- Map existing processes and design workflows across finance, CRM, purchasing, inventory, product builds and service.
- Configure Dynamics 365 and deliver the integrations, automation and extensions required for HPA’s operations.
- Plan and carry out data cleansing, migration, testing, cutover and go-live.
- Lead change management, communication and user adoption across departments.
- Develop practical, role-specific training and clear documentation for staff with different skill levels.
- Take ongoing ownership of system administration, access, data quality, troubleshooting and enhancements.
- Design, develop, test and deploy AI agents and automated workflows within the Microsoft environment.
- Establish appropriate testing, permissions, approvals and monitoring for AI-enabled processes.
- Provide ongoing education and support so staff can make effective use of the system and its evolving capabilities.

Your Experience:

You will have substantial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including personally delivering an ERP transition from an existing system through to go-live and post-implementation support.





We are particularly interested in candidates with Dynamics 365 Business Central experience, supported by knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.

You will bring:

- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Dynamics 365, including data migration, integrations, testing and deployment.
- Proven experience leading organisational change and helping teams adopt new systems and ways of working.
- A strong understanding of business processes across finance, purchasing, inventory, sales and service.
- The ability to structure a phased rollout, manage competing priorities and resolve problems independently.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, lead workshops and train users.
- A cooperative approach and the confidence to advise management and departmental teams.
- The ability to document your work and build lasting knowledge within HPA.

Practical experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse and AI agent development will be highly regarded. The ability to develop and implement AI capabilities is an important part of the role as the ERP rollout progresses.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in implementing Dynamics 365 solutions in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business processes.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
