Wide Bay Hospital & Health Service in Queensland is seeking a Clinical Nurse to coordinate the Cardiac Rehabilitation program within the Integrated Care Rehabilitation Service. You will provide expert clinical care, lead education and coordinate care for patients in Hervey Bay and Maryborough, applying current evidence-informed practice.

The role offers Nurse Grade 6 level responsibilities, with a salary package up to $139,931 per annum, including superannuation and annual leave loading.
