Shred-X and Med-X are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development & Tender Coordinator to support business growth, customer retention and sales across both businesses.
This role is an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys writing, coordinating projects and stakeholder management. You’ll play a key role in preparing tenders and proposals, developing sales and marketing materials, and provide administrative support to help progress new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will coordinate the preparation of tenders, proposal and customer submissions. You’ll also:
- Write and edit content for sales, marketing and customer communications
- Develop presentations, capability statements, case studies and other sales resources
- Work with Sales, Operations, Finance and other teams to gather information
- Manage tender deadlines, documentation, reviews and submission requirements
- Provide administrative support to sales leaders across both businesses
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documents meet brand and quality standards
- Assist with planning and coordinating executive leadership events
What We’re Looking For
You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience in tender writing, proposal coordination, copywriting or a similar role
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Confident communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
