T'Gallant Vineyard, set on the Mornington Peninsula, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to lead the pizza, fry and pans sections on a casual basis. The busy kitchen requires someone who can move between stations, maintain high standards and contribute to a team-oriented team.
You’ll report to the Head Chef and work across three sections during peak service, ensuring timing, consistency and presentation align with recipe guidelines.
