Mobile Attendant Care Service – Kedron QLD
Mobile Attendant Care Service (MACS) is a non-profit, charitable organisation that operates in the Brisbane community. We offer 24/7 personalised and adaptable support solutions 365 days a year for those with a physical disability.
Our flexible Drop-In team operates 24/7 to provide anytime support to clients on a planned or call-in basis.A typical shift involves: a lot of driving between clients (vehicle provided), assistance with personal care and hygiene, transfers/hoisting, dressing, medication assistance, re-positioning, wellbeing checks, assistance to eat/drink, and many other small tasks. Our staff work a scheduled run, dropping in to clients for 5 minutes up to 1 hour, giving clients flexibility and peace of mind that someone is always available to respond to their needs.
Our shorter Lifestyle Assist shifts operate from early in the morning until late in the evening.
