As an After-Sales Technical Support Specialist, you will provide product support, troubleshoot technical issues and ensure a positive experience for customers and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales technical support to customers, distributors and installation partners
- Troubleshoot product issues and assist with fault diagnosis for solar and battery energy storage systems
- Guide customers and installers through product setup, configuration and troubleshooting processes
- Coordinate warranty claims, product returns and technical enquiries
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions and customer feedback
About You
- Experience in technical support, after-sales service, or similar technical role
- Background in solar, battery storage, electrical products or renewable energy will be highly regarded
- Full working rights in Australia
