What You'll Be Doing

- Carrying out quality servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs across a variety of vehicles.

- Supporting and leading a team of technicians to deliver quality workmanship efficiently.

- Helping organise daily workshop operations, workflow and job priorities.

- Maintaining high standards of workplace health and safety.

- Mentoring team members and sharing your technical knowledge.

- Helping create a workshop culture built on accountability, teamwork and pride in the job.

- Working closely with the management team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Who We're Looking For

We're after a mechanic who knows their trade, takes pride in doing the job right and wants to be part of a team that genuinely supports one another.

You’ll ideally have:

- Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent.

- Experience servicing and repairing a wide range of vehicles.

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

- A reliable,



proactive and hardworking attitude.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

- An understanding of workshop safety and efficient work practices.

- The confidence and willingness to help lead, motivate and develop other technicians.

Previous leadership experience is an advantage, but the right attitude, technical ability and willingness to grow are just as important.
