MJ Hygiene is seeking an experienced Hygiene Supervisor to lead the cleaning team at a busy food manufacturing facility in Ormeau, Gold Coast. This is a physically demanding role requiring hands-on supervision, staff management and daily coordination to maintain top hygiene standards.

You will review KPIs and inspection results with the Site Manager and QA teams, drive improvements, and ensure GMP and WHS compliance while maintaining accurate cleaning records and protected operations.
