Clinic Manager – Radiology | Mount Waverley

Edison Radiology is a brand new comprehensive, radiologist-led diagnostic imaging clinic opened in Mount Waverley, Melbourne.

The Role

As Practice Manager at Edison Radiology, you will run the day-to-day operation of the Mount Waverley Radiology Clinic. You will be responsible for referral engagement, patient satisfaction, clinic administration, billing processes, some vendor management and team culture. You are highly collaborative, a natural problem solver, understand what it takes to have a successful radiology clinic and operate with a strong bias to action – “getting things done” will be the key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily clinic operations, including patient flow, front-of-house services, bookings, billing and administrative workflows
- Manage, coach and develop a team of administrative staff
- Build strong working relationships with radiologists and modality leads to support delivery of high-quality care
- Drive high standard of patient experience and customer service across the clinic, with attention to detail
- Build trusted relationships with referrers in the community, with an aim to grow our referral base
- Drive high standard of experience for referrers, including supporting referrers to access images & reports and organising and hosting educational events
- Maintain strong standards for privacy, Medicare and billing accuracy, incident reporting, documentation and accreditation readiness
- Coordinate facilities, consumables, supplier relationships and day-to-day site requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement,



reporting and scalable processes for future Edison Radiology sites

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in running a radiology practice
- Robust people leadership and team development skills
- Exceptional organisation and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and radiology practice management systems
- Ability to build trusted relationships with referring doctors (GPs & specialists) in the community
- Sound understanding of patient administration, medicare billing, privacy, compliance and quality systems
