About the Venue:
The Brighton Hotel Precinct is home to some of Sydney's most exciting premium dining experiences.

Located in Brighton-Le-Sands, our hospitality precinct includes established venues such as Benetti's -a premium Italian restaurant-, Ammos -a premium Greek restaurant-, Le Grand Grill -a fine dining steakhouse- and Sands Bar -a cocktail bar and all-day dining venue; with more exciting venues opening soon.

As we continue to invest in exceptional guest experiences and premium hospitality offerings, we are seeking experienced Section Waiters and Food&Drinks; Runners to join our growing team.

About the Roles:
This is an exciting chance for hospitality professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences.

Working across multiple premium dining concepts within the precinct, Section Waiters will take ownership of their own section, build genuine connections with guests, and contribute to a seamless service experience from arrival through to departure.

Runners will play an equally important role in supporting the front-of-house team, ensuring food and drinks are delivered efficiently and accurately while maintaining high presentation standards and contributing to smooth service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional table service within a premium dining environment
- Develop strong relationships with guests and create memorable experiences
- Maintain extensive menu knowledge, including food, wine and beverage offerings
- Run food efficiently and accurately from the kitchen to guests (Runners)
- Ensure dishes are presented correctly and delivered to the right tables




- Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
- Always uphold venue presentation and premium service standards
- Contribute positively to team culture and service excellence

About You:

- Previous experience managing your own section within premium dining, fine dining or hatted restaurants (Section Waiters)
- Previous hospitality experience, with food and drinks running experience in a premium dining setting highly regarded (Runners)
- Confidence working in fast-paced service environments
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Flexible availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
