Kingsley is seeking a MRICS Rating Surveyor to join the National Rating Team in a Director/Senior Director capacity. You will progress existing instructions and work with the business development team to grow the practice across the UK and Ireland, handling high‑profile assignments across energy, airports, ports and shopping centres.
You will demonstrate experience in progress rating appeals to Valuation Tribunal, knowledge of Receipts & Expenditure and Contractor’s Basis methods, and provide
