We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to join our Lisarow manufacturing team on the beautiful Central Coast.

The Opportunity

Love leading a maintenance team but not spending your days in meetings, writing reports or managing endless projects? This could be the role for you!

This isn't a role focused on capital projects, corporate strategies or lengthy reporting. We need someone who enjoys being on the factory floor, leading their team, solving problems and keeping production moving.

You'll take ownership of day-to-day maintenance, breakdowns and preventative maintenance across our busy manufacturing facility.

With multiple production lines, no two days are the same. You'll need to think on your feet, balance priorities and enjoy a challenge.

The Role

- Lead, support and develop a capable, accountable maintenance team.

- Oversee daily maintenance, breakdown response and equipment reliability.

- Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.

- Work closely with Production to prioritise maintenance activities.

- Identify recurring issues, investigate root causes and implement practical solutions.

- Coordinate external contractors and specialist support when required.

- Ensure maintenance activities meet safety, food safety and quality standards.

- Manage maintenance resources,



labour and costs effectively.

About You

We’re looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, practical leadership skills and a willingness to roll up their sleeves.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Experience leading maintenance teams in FMCG, food manufacturing or a similar environment.

- A mechanical or electrical trade qualification.

- Strong fault-finding skills and experience with automated production equipment.

- Experience managing breakdowns and preventative maintenance.

- The ability to lead, coach and get the best out of your team.

- A practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

- An understanding of WHS, GMP, HACCP and food manufacturing requirements.

- Solid communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with Production.

Most importantly, you take ownership, lead by example and know that great maintenance isn't just about fixing breakdowns — it's about preventing them.
