3D Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a long-established South East Suburbs builder. You will take ownership of commercial projects from contract award through to practical completion, leading project teams and managing client relationships.

You will oversee budgets, procurement, reporting and cash flow, ensure safety and quality, and mentor junior staff. A robust track record on $5m–$25m projects and familiarity with AS2124/AS4000 are highly regarded.
