While on-the-job training is provided, prior background or product knowledge in the steel industry is highly desirable to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
In this front-line customer-facing role, you will be the face and voice of the business. Your key duties will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to trade and retail counter clients.
- Building and maintaining lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Managing telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Preparing and tailoring accurate sales quotes to meet customer specifications.
- Operating internal point-of-sale and computer systems efficiently.
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience with steel products is highly desirable.
- Customer-First Attitude: High personal presentation, professional phone manner, and strong communication skills.
