Nepean Hospital is seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse – Cardiology to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care for people experiencing cardiac conditions. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced Registered Nurses,



Cardiologists and other healthcare professionals in a specialised clinical setting.

You will play an significant role in supporting patients throughout their cardiac journey, from admission and investigation through treatment, recovery and discharge. At Nepean Hospital, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your clinical knowledge, develop your confidence in cardiac nursing and contribute to positive outcomes for patients and their families.

What you will bring to the role

- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse Division 2 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency AHPRA.
- Demonstrated experience and clinical skill in acute nursing.
- Demonstrated capacity to provide effective nursing care that is person centred, family inclusive and culturally sensitive to people accessing health services.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills including written and verbal.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to work a flexible roster, day evening or night shift across all days of the week according to the unit or team requirements.
