About You:

- Live across the Tweed Heads area including Banora Point, Bilambil, Bogangar, Casuarina, Chinderah, Cobaki, Cudgen, Fingal Head, Kingscliff, Piggabeen, Terranora, Murwillumbah and surrounding communities.
- Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (no international license's or shared vehicles)
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend rosters available for experienced carers)
- Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start!
- Open to entry-level and experienced carers

What We Offer:

- $34.80 - $36.59 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
- Permanent Part time contracts: 30-40 hours per fortnight + flex up shifts
- Casual contracts for someone starting their career in Care

Your Role

As a valued team member, you'll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes.



Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role - this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you'll make a real difference in people's lives every day.

- Entry-level: Cleaning, laundry, meal prep and household support
- Experienced: Personal care (showering, toileting, medications), social support and domestic duties
- Most importantly provide companionship and brighten someone's day
