Nextt is hiring experienced Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality in-home support for a participant with spinal cord injury in Newcastle, NSW. You’ll perform personal care, clinical tasks, and community participation while maintaining dignity, safety and independence.

Shifts include mornings, midday, evenings and sleepovers. Applicants must hold NDIS checks, First Aid/CPR, and a valid driver’s licence with insurance. Experience with spinal injuries is highly regarded.
