Visual merchandising is central to our business. We believe a beautifully presented store should not only look exceptional but also make products easier to discover and more desirable to purchase.

The Opportunity

This is a practical,



on-the-floor role where you'll see the results of your creativity every day.

Working closely with our Visual Merchandising Manager and store teams, you'll be responsible for:

- Creating beautifully styled furniture settings, feature displays and product stories.

- Planning and executing floor changes to improve presentation, customer flow and sales opportunities.

- Bringing new arrivals, seasonal collections and promotional campaigns to life.

- Styling homewares, decorative accessories, florals and fragrance displays with a strong eye for detail.

- Ensuring stores consistently feel inviting, well presented and visually engaging.

- Working within Habitania's VM guidelines while bringing your own initiative, ideas and creativity.

- Supporting and guiding store teams to maintain presentation standards between visits.

You'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference across three stores, with the support of an established VM team.

Is This You?

We're particularly interested in someone who:

- Has demonstrated experience in visual merchandising, retail styling or creating commercial displays.

- Has an exceptional eye for colour, proportion, composition and detail.

- Understands the difference between a display that simply looks beautiful and one that helps sell products.

- Is confident working independently, identifying opportunities and taking initiative.





- Is organised, reliable and comfortable working across multiple store locations.

- Enjoys practical, hands-on work in a busy retail environment.

- Can communicate effectively and build positive relationships with store teams.

Experience in homewares, furniture, interiors, lifestyle or fashion retail would be highly regarded.

You don't need a particular design qualification. We're more interested in your creativity, practical ability and the work you've actually produced.
