Kingfisher Bay Resort is seeking a Head Chef to lead culinary operations across multiple restaurants, events and resort outlets on K’gari. You will shape food quality, team performance and the dining experience in a large resort setting.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll develop a multi-skilled team of chefs and kitchen staff, influence menu direction, manage workforce planning and food costs, and ensure consistently exceptional guest experiences across all dining venues.
