Wakefield Council is seeking a part-time Care Co-ordinator for the Adults Safeguarding Team to improve services for adults and older people in the Wakefield District. You will coordinate safeguarding responses from care providers and undertake safeguarding enquiries as part of a proactive team.

You will help adults at risk express desired outcomes, write transparent reports, and collaborate with external partners such as the CQC.
