We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join a dynamic, client-focused accounting and consulting firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated skilled who is passionate about public practice and delivering outstanding financial outcomes for client

About the Role

You will manage a diverse client portfolio, provide high-level tax and advisory services, and support business growth while working closely with a collaborative and supportive team. This role also involves reviewing work prepared by staff, mentoring junior accountants, and contributing to strategic client outcome

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of business and individual cli
- Deliver taxation, compliance, and advisory serve
- Review tax returns and financial statement
- Provide guidance and feedback to junior staff
- Support business structuring, transactions, and growth strategies
- Contribute to client relationship development and portfolio growth





About Your Degree in Accounting

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in public practice (essential)
- Experience managing or reviewing staff work (prefer
- red)Strong knowledge of tax compliance and advisory services
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical ability
- Experience with Xero and ATO Tax Agent Portal (preferred)
