The Salvation Army is seeking a dedicated Case Worker to provide person-centred care to individuals experiencing financial hardship in Launceston, TAS. This fixed-term, part time role runs two days per week until July 2027, with salary and conditions aligning to the SCHADS Award, level 4.

You will undertake assessments, develop case plans, and connect participants with appropriate referrals while maintaining privacy and compliance.
