Bottega Coco in Sydney is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our expanding team. You will lead the daily operations of a busy venue, drive profitability and uphold the highest standards of service and cleanliness. The role sits within a vibrant hospitality group with 15 venues across Sydney CBD.
You will train and develop staff, manage bookings, monitor food, beverage and labour costs, and ensure compliance with OH&S; and company policies. Australia work authorisation is required.
