A nationally recognised architecture practice is seeking an experienced Senior Architect / Project Lead to join their Perth CBD fringe studio. The business has recently undergone a significant management restructure, with a renewed focus on internal culture, leadership stability and creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work.

With more than a decade's worth of projects already secured, this role offers long-term stability and the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile mixed-use and multi-level residential developments. You'll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, lead project teams, and work closely with clients, consultants and contractors across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects from initial concept through to completion
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors
- Manage project programs, budgets and reporting
- Oversee project delivery and documentation
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships
- Identify project risks and drive proactive solutions




- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards and approvals
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams

Criteria

- 6+ years post-graduation experience
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture
- Proven experience delivering complex projects
- Strong REVIT capability
- Ideally exposure to hotel, accommodation, high-rise or mixed-use projects
- Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
