Stride is seeking a senior leader to manage the Adelaide Mental Health Multidisciplinary Service (MHMS), a GP-integrated program in southern Adelaide, delivering care for all ages with complex mental health needs. Stride collaborates with Thorne Harbour Health and Clarity Health Care.

You will lead protected service delivery, oversee a multidisciplinary team, and refine the model as it matures while ensuring governance and child safeguarding standards are met.
