Crosslinks is seeking a motivated and person-centred Temporary Support Coordinator to help NDIS participants connect with quality supports in their homes and communities. This 12-month fixed-term, full time role reports to the General Manager and works with participants, families and trusted supporters to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Applicants should have a Certificate IV or higher in Community Services, a strong understanding of the NDIS and relevant pricing, and experience in disability
