West Gippsland Healthcare Group is seeking a Theatre & Day Surgery Leader (Nurse Manager) to oversee the perioperative services in Gippsland – Baw Baw. This permanent full-time role offers flexible work arrangements and a explicit path into leadership within a growing regional health service.

The role requires substantial perioperative nursing experience, current AHPRA registration and the ability to lead, coach and partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
