Workfast is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant for our Sydney team. You will recruit for blue-collar roles across civil, construction, rail, mining and manufacturing, managing multiple clients with a proactive, quick-paced approach.

The role offers a base salary of $85k–$90k with uncapped commissions (OTE $150k+), plus a $15k car allowance. Office in Botany with parking; Monday to Friday, on-site role; travel to sites required.
