About the role
- End-to-end contractor payroll for a high-volume client base
- Superannuation, legislative and statutory compliance obligations
- Contractor and employee onboarding
- Responding to client and contractor queries on timesheets and payroll
- Supporting the Implementation team with client go-lives
What they're looking for
- Experience with Foundu or Fast Track is highly regarded - KeyPay or Astute is also well regarded
- Exposure to UK payroll is an advantage
- 3+ years of payroll experience, ideally within an outsourced or recruitment payroll environment
- A good sense of humor and a positive attitude
- A genuine customer service mindset - clients will rely on you
- Solid understanding of contractor payroll, Contemporary Awards and EBAs
