Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead a 20+ team, drive exceptional customer service, and manage daily operations in a rapid-paced environment. You will coordinate with Service, Inside the Home, and other departments while reporting to site leadership.

You will champion safety, staff development, and merchandising excellence, ensuring best experiences for customers and maintaining stock accuracy across a broad product range. Weekend rosters are required.
