Store & Content Assistant (Decoration, Receiving, Sales & Social Media)

We're looking for a full-time all-rounder who enjoys variety. You'll split your week between our decoration area, the back dock, the sales floor and our social media channels. One day you might be embroidering logos on a big uniform order, the next you'll be receiving deliveries, helping a customer find the right boots and filming a quick reel of our new arrivals.

Key responsibilities

Preparing garments for decoration for embroidery and heat press, checking quality and packing orders

Unpacking and checking deliveries, entering stock into our system and keeping the warehouse organised

Helping customers with product advice, fittings and sizing, processing sales and keeping the store looking sharp

Taking photos and short videos, writing posts and keeping our social media active and on brand

About you

A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in helping customers

Confidence using a smartphone for photos and video, and basic editing skills (Canva, CapCut or similar)





Positive attention to detail and the ability to juggle a few tasks at once

Comfort using equipment and learning new machines (full decoration training provided)

Ability to lift and move stock safely

Retail, warehouse or decoration experience is a bonus, but not essential

Drivers licence is essential
