- Lead and manage project managers, scrum masters, technical leads and delivery teams.
- Drive workforce planning and resource allocation.
- Support employee development, coaching, mentoring and performance management.
- Maintain RAID logs and delivery governance artifacts.
- Ensure business continuity and operational resilience.
