Current Heights Youth Outreach, a mid‑north coast outdoor adventure therapy organisation, seeks a hands‑on leader to grow our Taree program. You will deliver one‑on‑one outreach, mentoring and group therapy, while coordinating a small team and ensuring our services align with trauma‑informed, person‑centred approaches.
You’ll engage with local families and organisations, expand community reach, and help shape programs that support disadvantaged and at‑risk youth.
