Australia Post is seeking a Fleet Controller in Melbourne to coordinate day-to-day movement of our fleet, drivers and pickup/delivery operations. You will ensure effective work allocation, support drivers, and uphold safety, service and compliance standards while collaborating with drivers, supervisors and internal teams.

In this role you will monitor availability, workloads and capacity, respond to disruptions, and drive improvements in fleet utilisation and reporting.
