This full time role leads the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service, drive sales, manage costs, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will recruit, train and coach staff, oversee stock and compliance, and partner with Marketing on promotions while building strong community ties within Byron Bay.
