VECRA seeks an experienced Assistant Director, Workforce and Performance to lead workforce planning, performance, and operational support for frontline regulatory delivery across Victoria. This statewide leadership role reports to the Director Regional Operations and requires regular travel to regional offices.

You will strengthen workforce capability and performance, partnering with Regional Managers to advance protected, high-quality outcomes for children and families.
