NSW Health is seeking a Transitional Nurse Practitioner to join the Western NSW mental health, drug and alcohol service. The role is initially under a 3-year contract with CNC2 pay and transition to Endorsed NP on endorsement.
Role includes specialist assessments, care coordination and evidence-based practice in a virtual and in-person service delivery model, with emphasis on holistic, trauma-informed care and qualified autonomy.
