TheDomainConsultantwill act as asubject‑matterexpert (SME)for RSA insurance platforms, bridging businessrequirements and technology delivery. The role requires stronginsurancedomainknowledge,stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business needs intoactionable functional and solution inputs for delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Actas adomainSMEfor Insurance business areas suchasClaims, Policy Administration, Underwriting, Billing, orrelated platforms.

- Engagewith RSA business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points,and transformation goals.

- Translatebusiness requirements intofunctional specifications, solutioninputs, and backlog items.

- Supportsolution definition, process design, and impact analysis for changeinitiatives.

- Providedomainguidanceduringdesign, development, testing, and UATphases.

- Reviewfunctional designs, user stories, and test scenarios to ensure businessalignment.

- Supportproduction issues withbusiness impact analysis and prioritization.

- Collaboratewith Architects, Delivery Managers, and Engineering teams to ensuresolutions meet business intent.

- Participatein governance forums, workshops,



and client discussions as a trustedadvisor.

Domain& Functional Skills (Mandatory)

- Strongexperience inGeneral Insurancedomain(preferablyP&C;)

- Hands‑onknowledge ofClaims / Policy / Billing / Underwritingprocesses

- Experienceworking oncore insurance platformsand surroundingecosystems

- Abilityto performbusiness analysis, functional design, and processmapping

- Strongunderstanding ofend‑to‑end insurance value chain

Technical & Delivery Exposure

- Experienceworking closely with.NET / Java / Digital platforms(nocoding required)

- UnderstandingofAgile / Scrum / Protected delivery models

- ExposuretoUAT planning, execution, and business sign‑off

- Abilityto work with distributedonshore–offshore delivery teams

Experience & Qualifications

- 12+yearsoverall experience with5+ years inInsurancedomainconsulting

- Experienceworking inlarge enterprise / regulated environments

- Strongcommunication and stakeholder‑management skills

- Strongconsulting and advisory mindset

- Abilityto influence business and technology stakeholders

- Excellentanalytical and problem‑solving skills
