Monash Health in Dandenong, VIC is seeking a Grade 3 Social Worker to join the Care & Recovery team within Drug & Alcohol Services. You will provide psychosocial assessments, therapeutic interventions and coordinated care for clients with complex health and psychosocial needs.

Working with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll engage in harm minimisation approaches, support access to healthcare and help clients achieve their recovery goals while maintaining accurate records.
